Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

 to start the return process and include your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We always recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Return in store

You can visit one of our stores and present your order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase. All items must have their original tags attached. Returns are only accepted for items purchased online.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria of our return policy. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.

Non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, final sale, or other conditions. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
